Soy free eggs from free range and pastured chickens. Chickens are free to forage on a variety of grasses and insects. They are supplimented with a custom made feed from a local mill that is free from all soy beans and soy by-products. Duck and turkey eggs are available on a seasonal basis. Most birds are heritage or rare breeds.

Our producers sell a variety of meats including grass fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, pastured turkey, duck, and goose. Goat (chevon) is available periodically and cabrito (milk fed kid goat) is available on a pre-order basis. We hope to add lamb soon. Beef varieties include Angus, Dexter (heritage breed), and mixed (cross) breed. Heritage chicken breeds include the Delaware (ALBC Threatened list), Buckeye (ALBC Critical list), Australorp (ALBC Recovering), Rhode Island Red (ALBC Recovering), as well as the standard Cornish Cross.
